In the mood for Christmas!

Who's in the mood for some Christmas!?? I am..... well I was... we got a huge snowstorm here last week and I was in the mood for Christmas music... So i've been listening to it since then.  I really want to put the tree up but its way to early... So maybe next weekend that way its after Thanksgiving.  Ha! I work Black friday again this year but dont have to go in til 7 which is nice.  Anyways.... Its wonderful having my hubby home now from SPAIN! He had a great time and i'll have to steal some pictures and put them up here. I'm jealous he got to go! Oh well.. for our 5 year anniversary we are planning a trip just us to cozumel or somewhere nice. Since we never really got a nice honeymoon that will be our honeymoon.

Happy Birthday Madyson Rose

We had just a small party here at our new place..... had fun! Mady loves all her new toys and had fun playing with her cousin! I can't believe she is 2 years old!

Went to the Dr today for her 2 year check up and here's the stats:

Weight: 29 pounds 14 ounces---- 90% Height: 35 inches ---- 95% Head: 50 1/2 cm---- 95%

Dr Says she is just a happy and healthy kiddo.

We've been staying busy with karate and working. Cory is heading to Spain this next weekend to compete in the World Karate Championship. We are going to miss him but know he'll kick butt over there. I unfortunaly have to drive him to CHicago to drop him off at the airport and pick him up. Oh well!! :) Us girls are going to have a wonderful bonding experience for that week!! Yikes!!!

Hope all is well with everyone. I figured it was time to update this blog as i'm not very good at keeping it up anymore.. but still think some people lookat it every once and awhile!

Spring has Sprung

We've all stayed super busy. Karate Tournaments probably 3 weekends out of the month. Cory and i just got home from Omaha National martial Arts Tournament. Grandma stayed home with Madyson so we could have a nice relaxing weekend away.

Next weekend we have another tourny and then I get to take my state optometry exam! A bit nervous but I think i'll do okay on it. I hope so anyway.

Had a wonderful Easter a few weeks ago..... Easter Egg Hunt in our yard and Mady knew exactly what to do!
